Speaker: Gabriele Schiavone, ICAEW Chartered Accountant, CFE Tax Advisers Europe, Founder SGS Partners.

Gabriele will consider and provide first comments and preliminary perspectives based on the "non-dom" rule changing relating to UK residents whose permanent home - or domicile - for tax purposes is outside the UK as introduced by the British government last April. He will speak on the shift from domicile to residence as a relevant connecting factor in the UK tax system regarding beneficiaries, foreign income and gains.
