BILA Members are invited to join a webinar on the subject of: The approach to witness evidence in Italy and the UK

Our keynote speakers will be:

Massimiliano Pedoja, of CDlega.eu (Associate) and of B&M Law LLP (Consultant). Massimiliano is a dual qualified Italian Lawyer (Avvocato) and English Solicitor, who shares his professional time between Treviso and London. Massimiliano will discuss the Italian law position in respect of the approach to witness evidence.

Nicholas Damski (Associate) and Moira Nardoni (Associate) of LK Law LLP, a specialist investigative litigation firm, will discuss the English law position on witness evidence, with a focus on the new April 2021 rules.
