Julia Schtulman
Julia acts for private individuals, institutions and charities in relation to all aspects of contentious trust and succession (domestic and international) as well as Court of Protection matters.
She advises on all types of trust and probate disputes ranging from issues relating to the validity of wills and trusts, in the context of fraud, capacity and undue influence, the construction and rectification of wills, removal of executors and trustees and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Julia has a particular interest in crypto-assets and has provided commentary to the Financial Times and the Civil Society on the subject
Lauren Rapeport
Lauren Rapeport
Lauren advises on a broad range of tax, trust, probate and succession planning issues, with both domestic and international elements. She works with resident and non-resident individuals, family offices and trustees on asset structuring, tax planning and family governance matters.
Lauren has an interest in European cross-border succession issues, having spent 6 months in the firm’s Milan office, and regularly advises charities who have received foreign legacies. She is also interested in digital assets, and is currently co-writing a book chapter on the taxation of crypto-assets.
Lauren was delighted to be named as one of the 2019 eprivateclient Top 35 under 35 Private Client practitioners and shortlisted for the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2020.

Christopher Lundie is a commercial disputes barrister who deals with crypto-asset legal disputes and regularly speaks on the subject of the legal status of crypto-currencies and other crypto-assets.
